SECTION 19 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Zazu Store ships worldwide from the Netherlands. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or external carriers.
SECTION 20 – HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Many of our products are handmade using traditional techniques and repurposed materials. Variations in color, texture, stitching, or sizing are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects. Please review individual product descriptions for specific details before purchase.
SECTION 21 – ETHICAL SOURCING & DONATIONS
Zazu Store is committed to ethical sourcing and transparency. A portion or the entirety of profits from selected products may be donated to nonprofit organizations such as Anera. Details are stated on relevant product pages. These donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise specified. Zazu Store is not liable for how recipient organizations use funds after transfer.
