RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY
PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS
Our Faith Collection hoodies and other print-on-demand products are made to order, unique to you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong colour, or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, email us at zara@zazu.design within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Please note: minor variations in print placement of up to 0.5 inches are within normal production tolerance and are not considered defects.
HANDMADE ITEMS
For handmade items such as our keffiyehs and atelier pieces, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
To start a return, email us at zara@zazu.design with your order number and reason for return.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can arrange a reprint and reship at an additional cost, or issue a partial refund.
