At Zazu Store, we ship worldwide from Amsterdam and across our European fulfilment partners. Below you'll find everything you need to know before you order.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Before your order ships, please allow:
- Print-on-demand items: 7–14 business days for production and processing
- Handmade items: 5–14 business days from our Amsterdam atelier
Shipping time begins after your item has been produced or prepared. Some products will have specific timelines noted on their product pages — always check there first.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within your production window, feel free to reach out.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied upon arrival in your country. Zazu Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at zara@zazu.design within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll sort it out.
If your package is lost in transit, reach out as soon as possible. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it, though Zazu Store is not liable for packages once handed over to the courier.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please see our full Refund Policy for details. In short: print-on-demand items are only returnable if damaged or defective. Handmade items have a 14-day return window under specific conditions.
